A: The local fee is only accepted in Philippine Peso.

A: 100 USD per student.

A: 700 Peso per week.

A: 1000 Peso for airport pick-up. Please make the payment after arriving at school.

A: 3500 Peso for students who live in the dormitory. Please make the payment at the 3rd floor counter.

A: 6800 Peso. Please make the payment at the 3rd floor counter. Based on the regulations of the Philippines, students shall apply for a tourist visa before departure. After enrollment, Winning will assist students to transfer it into an SSP.

A: It depends on the study period. Basically, the 1st extension is 5430 Peso. The 2nd extension is 4120 Peso (it might vary for every student; please follow the instructions from the coordinator).

A: The orientation for new students and the grade test are usually held on Monday.

A: There is no Made-Up Class for regular or special holidays announced by the government. If a class is cancelled due to Winning, Winning will provide a Made-Up Class for students on another day.

A: We provide elective group courses from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 6:50 and 7:00 to 7:50 every evening. The minimum number of people for the class is 4. The registration deadline is 3:00 pm every day. There is no additional charge.

A: 6 years old and above. Accompaniment by parents is not required; if parents wish, Winning can arrange a nanny to accompany students below 15 years old. 600 USD per month aside from the tuition.

A: 1. Weekend test: None. 2. Do I have to pass a test before I can go out?: There is no such rule. 3. Upgrade test: A grade test is held every month and takes around 120 minutes. It determines the English level of students, and the courses will be adjusted according to the test results. 4. Daily test: Yes, depending on the content of the lectures.

A: The grade test will be held on the first day of enrollment, and it will also be held regularly every month. The results and progress will be provided to the student and the agent.

A: Students still have to take classes on the last day. In principle, the graduation ceremony will be held on the last Friday of the semester.

A: Suggested daily necessities: toiletries, bug bite ointment and spray, gastrointestinal medicine, swimsuit, sunglasses, sunblock products, folders, notebooks, USD, slippers or sandals, sneakers, hangers, thermos bottle, backpack, etc.

A: Within 3 days.

A: 1. Students cannot change teachers during the first 2 weeks after enrollment. Starting from the 3rd week, students can file an application every Monday, and the teacher will be changed 5 working days after the application is filed. 2. Please specify the reason for changing teachers. Students are not allowed to choose teachers; Winning will be the one to arrange it. 3. Once the teacher is changed, students cannot request to change back to the previous teacher.

A: Currently there are none; all English teachers at our school are of Filipino nationality.

A: Standard room: for a single room, two devices can be connected at the same time; for twin and triple rooms, one device can be connected per person at a time. Premium room: free WiFi is available.

A: Housekeeping service is provided once a week by the hotel that cooperates with the school; no application is required. There is a fixed cleaning schedule. Nobody has to wait in the room for the housekeeping service.

A: The school will give each student 1 laundry bag. Every Tuesday and Friday, students shall fill out the laundry list and put the laundry bag in the dining hall. The school will collect it and return it 2 days later.

A: Once a week.

A: There are no bunk beds, only spring beds in the room. There are single, double, and triple rooms.

A: 1. The following hotel amenities are provided upon check-in: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper. *Towels are NOT provided. *Amenities are exclusively provided on the first day. 2. A hair dryer is provided in the Premium room; the Standard room does not have a hair dryer installed, but students can borrow one from the school office after the orientation (deposit: 1000 PHP). 3. There is a refrigerator in each room. 4. There are no bunk beds, only spring beds in the room. There are single, double, and triple rooms. 5. There is a safe in the room (there is a safe in the off-campus dormitory; there is no safe in the on-campus dormitory).

A: Yes, students can find a place to stay by themselves, but only register in the programs.

A: 1. The meal fee is included in the accommodation fee. 3 meals are provided on weekdays, and 1 meal is provided on weekends and holidays. 2. Opening hours: breakfast 7:00-8:30 / lunch 12:00-13:00 / dinner 17:00-18:00. 3. Meals are not provided for students without a reservation. 4. If a student does not eat at school during the weekend, please fill in the online form to avoid food waste.

A: Many vegetarian students have enrolled at Winning before. Our experienced chefs offer different types of vegetarian dishes (Vegan / Ovo-Lacto).

A: Off season: 40 one-on-one classrooms and 8 group classrooms. Peak season: 60 one-on-one classrooms and 12 group classrooms.

A: The self-study room is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.

A: WiFi with general speed is provided on the 4th floor.

A: * There is one at the Ocean Campus, though it is better described as a wading pool. * There is no swimming pool at the City Campus. If students want to swim, we suggest the Sacred Heart Center Sport Club, which is 800m away from the school. They have a swimming pool and it is inexpensive. The map is shown on the right.

A: 1. Minors (below 18): 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday; 22:00 from Friday to Saturday. Minor students who want to be out after curfew shall file an application, obtain agreement, and be accompanied by an adult. 2. Adults: There is no curfew for adult students.

A: It is OK to live in the same room if it is informed in advance. A signed waiver agreement is required.

A: On the arrival date, Winning will hold a briefing about the school, its surroundings, and facilities. Students are free to go out after the briefing. If students need any assistance, please inform the Winning representative. Adults have no curfew and can go out at any time; minors have a curfew and must be accompanied by an adult when going out.

A: We provide both school and extra-curricular activities. Optional classes: 1. Vocabulary Booster 2. Conversational English Articles 3. Zumba Dance Class 4. Movie Night 5. Pronunciation Class (taught by an American teacher). School activities/tours: 1. School tour (twice a month during non-peak season, every weekend during peak season) 2. A: Students have to sign the record book when going out on weekdays and holidays. Students have to make an agreement if they are going to stay overnight outside.

A: Yes. We organize a weekend tour once every 2 weeks during the low season, and every week during the peak season.

A: The school accepts unaccompanied students aged 15 and above.

A: The winter camp can be as short as 1 week; the summer camp requires a minimum of 2 weeks.

A: The school does not currently accept JEP courses.

A: Yes, that is correct. A double room cannot accommodate three people, so in this case we will arrange a quad room. The extra charge is 175 USD per week.

A: Yes, 40 USD can be deducted for each tour.

A: During the low season, we can accept children as young as 5 years old. During the peak season, we can accept children aged 6 and above.

A: Yes, 20 lessons for 150 USD. However, you cannot choose specific days to take or skip lessons. If you decide to add two lessons per day, you must take the two extra lessons every day from Monday to Friday.

A: The camp is priced exactly as quoted in the table; only regular courses have the summer surcharge.

A: With 15 students, all fees are waived for the group leader, but no classes are included. If there are fewer than 15 students, partial payment may be required.

A: Either way is fine; parents can decide for themselves.

A: The school does not provide escorts for the round trip; students are picked up at Cebu airport.

A: The nationality ratio for the 2024 summer was as follows: Chinese 60%, Japanese 15%, Middle Eastern 15%, Vietnamese 5%, Others 5%.

A: Yes. Adults will be arranged with Cambridge materials according to their level. 4 one-on-one lessons and 4 group lessons per day, and they can also join the evening activity classes.

A: It is acceptable if there are not too many students; the fee is charged according to the price list.

A: The courses are fixed and cannot be customized.

A: Yes, vegetarian meals can be provided, and the summer camp price remains unchanged as stated in the file.

A: An additional 350 USD per week.

A: Yes. In this case, the school will charge the "parent not taking classes" fee for the non-studying child.

A: Mobile phones will be collected from students under 15.

A: Yes, arrival on Sunday and departure on Saturday.

A: The summer camp departs according to the batch dates on the DM; the winter camp departs every week. Both follow the arrive-on-Sunday, leave-on-Saturday principle.

A: Since we follow the arrive-on-Sunday, leave-on-Saturday principle, a weekend tour is not included.

A: The 2-week price increase is small. The 4-week program includes government fees, so it has increased considerably.

A: Room types are double to quad rooms, arranged at the school's discretion.

A: The laundry fee is included in the package; no extra payment is needed. The service is provided twice a week; please bring your laundry to the designated place at the fixed time. This is the same whether you stay at the LYF Hotel or the Diplomat Hotel. The LYF Hotel has washing machines in-house, so if students find it troublesome to bring laundry to the school, they can use the hotel's machines at their own expense.
