Winning English Academy, founded in 2015, is the Philippines' first Taiwanese-owned language school. Principal Malcolm has extensive worldwide human resource experience. He is passionate about education and strives to provide students with practical skills as well as an international mindset.

Winning Global EduTech Group also offers online programs to educate "international talents", with a focus on the use of premium resources, curricula, and teachers who have undergone extensive training. Our goal is to help students acquire practical English skills they can use in everyday life in order to improve their global competitiveness.

A Word from the Principal

Hi, I’m Malcolm, co-founder of Winning English Academy. Before starting Winning with my Filipino Partner, Stanley, in 2015, I spent 15 years working at a global manpower agency in Taiwan and the Philippines. During that time, I recognized the crucial need for an English center that not only teaches the language but also cultivates global talent capable of thriving in a competitive international job market. I never learned English in a traditional classroom; instead, I acquired it through interactions with people from various countries during my career. This inspired me to create a “Global Village” at Winning, where students can learn English in the classroom and through conversations with international peers.

When I first arrived in Cebu many years ago, the local community welcomed me like family. This experience motivated me to build an international “Winning Family” where our graduates feel that Winning is their second home. What are you waiting for? Join Winning, You’re Winning!
