About courses
Q: Can school fees be paid in US dollars besides Philippine pesos?
A: Local fee is only accepted in Philippines Peso
Q: How much is Registration fee?
A: It is 100 USD for one student.
Q: Can you tell me about the water and electricity payment for Winning accommodation?
A: 700 PHP/week for students who live in the school accommodation.
Q: How many pesos is the airport pick up fee?
A: 1000 Peso for airport pick-up.
Q: How much will you payment for a deposit of the dormitory?
A: 3500 PHP for students who live in the dormitory. Please make a payment at the school on the first week.
Q: How much is SSP (Special Study Permit) fee? Would you like to provide more information about the special permits?
A: 6800 Peso. All the students must apply SSP. Based on the regulations of the Philippines, the Special Study Permit (SSP) is a document issued to foreign nationals who enrolled in non-degree courses in the Philippines for a duration of less than 1 year.
Q: How much is the visa extension fee? Will the visa extension fee be the same or different?
A: It depends on the study period. Basically, 1st extension is 5430 Peso. 2nd extension is 4120 Peso (It might be varied for every student. Please follow the instructions from the coordinator)
Q: The orientation for new students will be conducted on Sunday or Monday? The grade test will be held on Sunday or Monday?
A: Grade test is usually held on Monday.
Q: When will students have Made-Up Class?
A: No Made-Up Class on regular or special holidays announced by the government. If the class is cancelled due to Winning, Winning will provide Made-Up Class for students on another day.
Q: What elective courses can I take in Winning?
A: We provide elective group courses from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 6:50 and 7:00 to 7:50 every evening. The minimum number of people for the class is 4 people. The registration deadline is 3:00 pm every day. There is no additional charge.
Q: What is the minimum age for Junior English Program?
A: 6 years old above. Accompany from the parents is not required, if parents want, Winnings can arrange nanny to accompany for 15 year old below student. USD600/month aside from the tuition.
Q: Test
A: 1. Weekend test: None
2. I can only go out if I pass the test?: No this kind of rules!
3. Upgrade test: Grade test will be held every month, and it takes around120 minutes. It determins the English level of students and the courses will be adjusted by the result of the test.
4. Daily test: Yes, it depends on the content of the lectures.
Q: When will students have grade test?
A: Grade test will be held on the first day of enrollment. And it will be held monthly regularly as well. The result and progress will be provided to the student and the agent.
Q: The procedure of the last day of semester on Friday
A: Students still have to take class on the last day. Graduation ceremony will be held on the last Friday of the semester.

Q: Procedure of changing teacher? When can students file application every week?
A: 1. Students can not change teacher during the first 2 weeks after enrollment. Starting from the 3rd week, students can file application every Monday, and the teacher will be changed 5 working days after the application is filed.
2. Please specify the reason of changing teacher. Students are not allowed to choose teacher, Winning will be the one to arrange it.
3. Once the teacher is changed, students can't request to change it back to the previous teacher.
Q: Any foreign teachers? What is the nationality?
A: None.
Q: Can students stay outside of the dormitory, but only register in the programs?
A: Yes, students can find a place to stay by themselves, but only register in the programs
About Accommodation
Q: Can couples or married couples live together?
A: Yes, they can live together, but they need to notify in advance and sign a cohabitation agreement.
Q: Is there wifi in accommodation?
A: Standard: for single room, two devices can be connected at a time. for twin and triple rooms, one device can be connected for each person at a time.
Premium: the hotel wifi is not free and the school will lend a pocket wifi to a student without extra charge.
Q: Does students have to file application for housekeeping service every week? Or the housekeeping service will be provided at a definate time? Does anyone have to stay in the room while housekeeping?
A: Housekeeping service will be provided once a week by the hotel which is cooperated with the school. The cleaner will clean the room while seeing the sign. And nobody has to wait in the room for the housekeeping.
Q: How often do you change the bedsheets?
A: Once a week.
Q: Is it bunk bed in the room?
A: There are no bunk beds, only spring beds in the room. There are single/double and triple rooms.
Q: How do you charge the electricity fee?
A: The water and electricity fee is fixed in 700 Peso/week. It is not charged by the usage.
Q: What amenities are provided in accommodation?
A: 1. The following hotel amenities are provided upon the check-in:
Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper
*Towel is NOT provided.
*Amenities are exclusively provided on the first day.
2. Hair dryer is given in Premium room while hair dryer is not installed in Standard room, but a student can borrow from the school office after the orientation (Deposit: 500PHP).
3. A refrigerator for each room.
4. no bunk beds, only spring beds in the room. There are single/double and triple rooms.
5. There is a safe in the room (There is a safe in Off-campus dormitory. There is no safe in the On-campus dormitory)
Q: Dormitory 1 - Diplomat Hotel
A: 1. A hotel which is located next to school.
2. There is a massage parlor on the first floor.

Q: How much is the fee for early check-in and late check-out?

About Living
Q: Can new students go out after the arriving weekends? Do they need to apply for it?
A: On the day of arrival, the school representative will briefly introduce the environment and facilities near the school and within the campus. After that, new students are free to go out. If there is any assistance needed, they can request help from the school representative.
Q: Can couple or husband/wife live in the same room? Any certification is required?
A: It is ok to live in the same room if it is informed in advanced. Agreement is also required.
Q: Can newly students go out without application if students arrive on weekends?
A: On the arrival date, Winning will have briefing about the environment, facilities in and nearby the school. Students are free to go out after the briefing. If students need any assistance, please inform the representative of Winning.
Q: Can you suggest me some daily necessities?
A: suggested daily necessities: toiletry, bug bite ointment and spray, gastrointestinal drugs, swimsuit, sunglasses, sunblock products, folders, notebooks, USD, slippers or sandals, sneakers, hangers, thermos bottles, backpackers…etc.
Q: How long can students get the student ID starting from registration?
A: Within 3days.
Q: When is the available time of laundry service?
A: School will give 1 laundry bag to student. Student shall Fill out laundry list and put the laundry bag on laundry table in 4F every Tuesday and Friday. School will collect it and send it back after 2days.
Q: Do you provide meals on weekends and holidays? When is the opening hour on weekdays and holidays?
A: 1. Meal fee is included in the accommodation fee. 3 meals will be provided during weekdays and 1 meal will provided during weekend and holiday.
2. Opening hour: breakfast 7:00 - 8:30/ lunch: 12:00-1300/ dinner17:00-18:00.
3. Meals are not provided for walk-in students.
4. If student does not eat at school during weekend, please inform fill in the online form to avoid food waste
Q: How can the vegetarian students fix their meals?
A: Many vegetarian students had enrolled in Winning before. Our chef experience offers different types of vegetarian dishes (Vegan / Ovo-Lacto)

Q: Study Room
A: Self study room is available at 8 AM to 10 PM
Q: Wifi area? Speed?
A: Wifi is provided in general speed at 4 Floor.
Q: Is there a pool in the school?
A: * There is one in the ocean campus.
* There is no swimming pool in city campus. If student wants to swim, we suggest to go to Sacred Heart Center Sport Club which is 800m away from school. They have swimming pool and cheap. The map shows in the right column.
Q: What kind of briefing will be held by the manager on the arrival date on Saturday and Sunday?
A: The briefing includes the introduction of the environment, facilities in and nearby the school.

A: We provide both school and extra-curricular activities~

Q: Do students have to file application if they want to stay outside on holiday?
A: Students have to sign on the record book if they are going out during weekdays and holidays. Students have to make agreement if they are going to stay overnight outside.

A: Yes. We organize weekend tour twice a week during low season and every week during peak season
