Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Execution Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects within the school, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the management team to identify project needs and objectives

– Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to all team members

– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

– Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

– Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to the management team

– Manage project budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies or issues to the management team

– Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

– Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

– Maintain accurate project documentation and records

– Provide regular reports to the management team on project status, progress, and outcomes

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field

– 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an educational or language school setting

– Strong organizational and time-management skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Proficient in project management software and tools

– Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
