Hotel Operations Coordinator

Winning English is seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to manage our student and teacher accommodations across multiple campuses. You will oversee room allocation, cleaning schedules, occupancy tracking, and work to maximize room utilization while maintaining high hospitality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of campus accommodations (Ocean, City, Lyf), ensuring all rooms are clean, ready, and properly assigned.
  • Manage the full room assignment process for incoming students, parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Monitor and update the room vacancy chart, ensuring optimal use of available rooms.
  • Plan and coordinate daily/weekly cleaning schedules with housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect rooms and facilities regularly for cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
  • Work closely with Academic and Admissions teams to anticipate room turnover based on arrival/departure schedules.
  • Handle special room requests (family room, VIP, early check-in, etc.).
  • Monitor and report occupancy rates, prepare reports for management, and suggest efficiency improvements.
  • Train and supervise cleaning and facility staff if necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of bedding, towels, and room supplies.
